Dr. Oladoyin Desalu. MS, MPH, DrPH is the Chief Consultant for HHSConsulting. She has over 25 years experience managing health and human services agencies and programs as agency chief executive. She is experienced in developing resources for non-profits. She is a teacher and conducts training sessions for agency staff and the community.
